On a table, alphabetically arranged? What is the best way to distribute these cards with minimal chaos?

Many place the cards by the entrance of the banquet hall, arranged in alphabetical order.
If there are many guests and are afraid that some may not pick up their card prior to entering the reception, you can add additional decor to make the area stand out a little more.
Additionally, you can assign people to make sure that guests have picked up their cards – one person at the table and one person going back and forth between the table and the guests to make sure all cards are distributed.
